begins with the selection of the grain. We have selected this true durum
wheat semolina from the Tavoliere delle Puglie, where the climate and
soil produces a grain that is unmatched in consistency and quality. The
carefully milled semolina is then combined with cool natural water and
kneaded gently to an exact consistency. DeLallo pasta follows artisan
workmanship, which calls for the pasta to be dried slowly at low
temperatures to retain nutrients and, most importantly, it’s full
flavor. The result of our labor is authentic, natural Italian pasta with

Ingredients
Durum Wheat Semolina.
Directions
1.
Bring 5 quarts of water (per 1 lb. of pasta) to a boil and add salt if
desired.
2. Add pasta and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally for
firm, al dente pasta.
3. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite
pasta sauce.
