Stovetop Cooking: Heat 1 tsp. Canola oil or butter in a large saute
pan; add 4 cups of Fresh Express spinach and continue cooking until just
wilted. Remove from heat, season to taste and keep warm until served.
For Microwave Cooking: Do not microwave spinach in plastic bag. Place
Fresh Express spinach directly from bag into a microwaveable bowl,
cover, microwave on high for approximately 2 to 3 minutes (Heating times
may vary from your microwave). Stir, drain, season to taste and serve.
