Semolina, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
1. Boil water (4 quarts per 16 oz of pasta).
2. Add salt to taste (optional).
3. Add pasta. Wait for reboil.
4. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, 8 to 9 minutes or until desired tenderness.
5. Remove from heat and drain.
