water.* To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste
(optional).• Add pasta to boiling water.• Return to boil, stirring
frequently.• Cook uncovered for 7–9 minutes or until desired
tenderness.• Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm
water.* Drain well and use as desired.*To ensure good taste and texture,
be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after
draining.Perfect Pasta GuideFor 2 servings use one-third box of pasta, 2
quarts of water & 1 teaspoon of salt.For 3 servings use one half
box of pasta, 4 quarts of water & 2 teaspoons of salt.For 6 servings
use a full box of pasta, 6 quarts of water & 1 tablespoon of

Maintaining Perfect Pasta To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate.
