Cooking Directions: Skillet: Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray;
preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausages; cook 7 to 8 minutes
turning frequently to brown. Reduce heat to medium; cover and continue
cooking 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice. Cook until center reaches
165F as measured with a meat thermometer.
Keep refrigerated.
