What
You’ll Need• 3 lbs. boneless pork butt or shoulder, trimmed and cut
into 3 pieces.• 1 pkg. Crock-Pot Pork Carnitas Seasoning Mix.• 1/2 cup
water.1 Place pork in slow cooker.2 Mix Seasoning Mix and water until
blended and pour over pork.3 Cover & Cook 8 hrs. on LOW or 4 hrs. on
HIGH.4 Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork, using two forks.5
Return pork to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving.
Serve in tortillas or with rice.Do not remove cover during cooking.
