frozen, unopened bag this side up microwave. 3. Microwave on high for
recommended cooking time. Wattage: 700-800; 5-1/2 cooking minutes.
900-1000; 4-1/2 cooking minutes. 1100-1200; 4 cooking minutes. Microwave
oven vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand in 1
minute. Caution bag will be hot. 5. Carefully remove bag from microwave.
6. Cut open package, pour stir and enjoy!, Stove Top Directions: Open
package and pour frozen squash into saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for
3 minutes. Drain. For Food Safety: keep frozen until ready to cook; do
