Directions
To
Roast: Place in an uncovered shallow pan and roast at 425 degrees F for
approximately 20 minutes per proud or until meat thermometer registers
160 degrees F internal temperature. Uncovered grills will require
longer. As oven temperatures may vary. Please adjust cooking time
accordingly. To Grill: Place filet on a lightly oiled grilling rack over
medium-high heat (400 degrees F to 450 degrees F). Close grill lid and
cook for approximately 20 minutes per pound or until thermometer
registers 160 degrees F internal meat temperature. Turn as needed to
brown evenly. Note: Grill temperatures may vary; please adjust cooking
time accordingly. Do not overcook. This product was prepared from
inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain

instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or
